Seasoned with our peppery rub, smoked for up to 14 hours served sliced or chopped with Sweet Baby Ray’s sauce on the side.

Black beans, roasted poblano chili sauce, salsa, pepper jack and cheddar cheese, served on a bed of tortilla chips, topped with sour cream and pico de gallo.

New Orleans Barbecue Shrimp

8 Cajun seasoned Pan-seared shrimp in our made to order New Orleans style barbecue sauce. Served with white rice and garlic bread.
